SCOPE AND MODIFICATION OF THE AGREEMENT

CONTESTS
TheSoftware occasionally offers Contests where participants have a chance to win promotional prizes and other rewards. In order to enter a Contest, individuals must provide accurate information on the Contest registration form and agree to the Official Contest Rules. To participate in the Contests featured on the Website, it is necessary to fully complete the corresponding entry form. Participants are responsible for providing true, accurate, current, and complete Contest Registration Data. TheSoftware reserves the right to reject any Contest Registration Data that violates any part of the Agreement or is deemed incomplete, fraudulent, duplicated, or otherwise unsatisfactory, according to TheSoftware’s sole and exclusive discretion. LICENSE GRANT
